2009 Annual Meeting Sponsorship Opportunities

Please use the "Register for Event" button on the upper right to register your table guests and sponsorship for the 2009 Annual Meeting.
There are three levels of sponsorship available for the 2009 WBBA Annual Meeting. 

Table Sponsor $1000	Company name is listed in the Annual Meeting program You may invite 10 guests to sit at your reserved table. This may be employees, clients or prospects. Your company name will appear on table placard.
Display Sponsor $3000	All of the Table Sponsor benefits, plus: Your company name listed as a sponsor in the WBBA NewsFacts A 6 ft x 2 1/2 ft skirted, draped Display Table or 6 ft x 30 inch footprint in the display area in addition to your table of ten at breakfast.
Premier Sponsor $5000	All of the Table & Display Sponsor benefits, plus: Display table may be upgraded to 8 ft x 2 1/2 ft. if you prefer. Company logo listed in the Annual Meeting program. Company logo displayed on the Welcoming PowerPoint screen. A list of all attendees who were at the meeting provided after the meeting.

All Sponsors - Please fill out the form with the names, companies and emails of all ten of the people who will be sitting at your table. If you are not able to provide all the names at this time, please email the additional names & emails to admin@washbio.org no later than Thursday, October 29. Premier & Display Sponsors - Display table set-up time is 6:00 - 6:45 am, on November 6, 2009. Tear-down is 9:30 - 10:00 am. on the same day. Premier Sponsors Receive Company/Organization logo listed in the Annual Meeting program please send the logo to stacie@washbio.org by October 16 Company/Organization logo on the welcome screen at the meeting Company/Organization name listed on the washbio.org website  A list of attendees will be sent to Premier Sponsors after the meeting
